We offer an accommodation service in various locations of Prague.

- Modern family house on the street Štíplova, Prague 6
We offer also possibility to rent entire residential buildings. This may be suitable mostly for companies that plan to use our residential houses for purposes of employee dormitory, guest-house or other firm purposes. In these cases the individual lease agreement with favorable rates is possible. Time categories of offered accommodation
- Accommodation till 1 month
- Accommodation within 1- 3 months
- Accommodation over 3 months (preferred)
Important operating information
- Price for an accommodation is settled based on character of accommodation, location and variable part which represent an accountable advance payment for consumed energy.
- If client accepts all conditions, booking payment will be paid. This payment will be returned back after sign of contract or included in first payment.
- Refundable deposit is paid by client. This deposit should cover possible damages or undercharge on consumed energies. Deposit will be paid back to client when the accommodation contract will be terminated.
- Conditions and accommodation rules are stated in rental contract.
- We prefer individual approach. Based on special circumstances we can also agree on special conditions with favorable effect on the rental contract for our client. Especially in the case of renting the entire residential house for long-term period.
