Welcome on web page of company HAUSSPITZE ltd., established to provide primarily long-term accommodation at various locations in Prague. We tried to choose locations based on combination of various factors that contribute to customer satisfaction with living in Prague. This particular include price, comfort, quiet living in Prague and easy access to downtown.
Offered rentable premises are suitable for individual customers (families, individuals, students) as well as for companies that can lease the entire premises and use them for their firm purposes.

- Open communication with Client – we communicate with our Client in friendly and open form. A rental contract is signed before using the premises.
- Individual approach – we use individual approach to each Client with possibility to agree on contract with special, individual conditions.
- 24/7 phone reception - through phone reception is possible to contact the administrator who is responsible for managing all objects.
